Can you please share it via google drive download link, till website link is made working?
Rotating machines such as pumps, compressor, motor, turbine all have rotating and stationary components. The problem is generally in rotating components such as bearing, rotor, impeller, mechanical seal, coupling etc causes as below.
1. Vibrations
2. overload
3. Performance of equipment
1. vibrations are due to unbalance in rotor, impeller not done as per desired code.
2. Alignment of motor with pump and compressor in case turbine and generator.
3. Coupling shall be good without any problem in coupling bushes.
overload: This may come due to damage bearing, piston rings, impeller wearing ring damage or rubbing, belt overnighted, or internal parts rubbing. So this may be checked. Poor lubrication to bearing and internal relative motion components.
Performance: Performance depends upon wear and tear of rotating components hence ensure desired clearances as per OEM.
Please help share again this file. Thanks
